Fullarton appointed Halifax manager

Former St Mirren defender Jamie Fullarton has been appointed manager of Vanarama National League side FC Halifax Town, who are in a battle to avoid relegation. Fullarton, who was with the Saints from 1991 to 1996, won 18 Scotland U21 caps and also played for Bastia, Crystal Palace, Bolton, Dundee United, Brentford, Southend and Chesterfield.
