Falkirk Woodwork in the way

-

It’s back to the ifs, buts and maybes for Falkirk as we failed to secure all three points against fellow strugglers Dumbarton. In the first half alone we managed to hit the woodwork on four separate occasions! The other obstacle in our way was Dumbarton goalkeeper Scott Gallacher. He was superb for the visitors, pulling off at least three vital saves!

Unfortunately the win was not to be but, despite Dumbarton’s games in hand, we are still crucially nine points clear of the relegation play-off spot. This Sunday our attention turns to the Scottish Cup with a trip to Glasgow to play Rangers. We will have to be at our very best to cause an upset on Sunday, but with a little bit of Lady Luck a shock win is very possible.
