Funding secured for Glasgow site

Lendinvest, the specialist property finance lender, has provided a £5.5 million loan to Ross Harper to fund the development of 24 new homes in Glasgow.

The development finance loan is funding the conversion of Belmont Church two miles outside the city centre. The developer acquired the site in 2017 with planning permission already in place.
