Play-offs still in reach

There was very little to discuss after Saturday’s routine defeat by St Mirren, as the championselect ran out comfortable winners and completed a clean sweep against us this season.

The most notable talking point was how similar the game was to the Dundee United match the midweek before, when we had edged the first half before failing to make our mark in the second. For the second successive Tuesday we faced United and managed to gain revenge. The race for the play-offs has once again been blown wide open with Queens in sixth, only four points behind United in third. A play-off spot is very much there for the taking if only we can put a decent run together. Saturday’s game against Livingston is now huge.
