Showing us up

The ongoing saga over the failure to implement a new benefits system introduces a new phrase into the Scottish political scene. A further twoyear delay to add to the previous two, and still no idea of the costs. So, not so much talking Scotland down as showing Scotland up. One can only assume Jeane Freeman, minister for Social Security, is grimly hanging onto her job as no one else in government has any idea how to do it either.
