Winners in the spotlight
The best new buildings and achievements in the commercial and public property sector in Scotland were celebrated at the Scottish Property Awards last week.
The winners in the independent competition were revealed in front of 700 guests at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow.
The top award of the night, Property Company of the Year, was presented to Artisan Real Estate Investors, the acquisitive developer which has delivered New Waverley, the £200 million, sevenacre regeneration scheme in Edinburgh city centre, and has also made several strategic acquisitions in the last year.
The Individual Contribution Award was presented to Daniel O’neill, the co-founder and director of Ediston Real Estate, for delivering a landmark year.
