Modern with an old twist: Shaw exhibition evokes the weird world of Hieronymus Bosch

Indian-born Artist Raqib Shaw, known for opulent and intricately detailed paintings of imagined paradises, has combined the ancient and the modern in his latest exhibition at Edinburgh’s Scottish Gallery of Modern Art. Matilda Sandahi is pictured with the artist’s fantastical Act 3 In The Organ Room At Glyndebourne, which is one of the centerpieces of the exhibition, Reinventing The Old Masters.
