None of this encourages business either to remain in Scotland or, in fact, set up here!

The sad fact is that, under the SNP bungling, the Scottish economy is lagging further and further behind England. Many more companies will follow EWM’S example. If the refugees are not citizens of the UK, then they should never be allowed to vote. This is nothing more than a cheap vote padding move on behalf of the SNP!

A Fine Disregard Absolutely ridiculous plan. Apart from anything else, refugees and asylum seekers have insufficient knowledge of Scotland for any vote to be meaningful. Only UK passport holders should have a vote as to who is to govern them.
