Would-be thief demanded cash for magic trick

A would-be robber threatened a 64-year old man near Edinburgh’s Royal Mile after he refused to give cash for magic tricks.

Police are appealing for information about the incident which took place around 11pm on Cranston Street in Edinburgh on Wednesday. The suspect is white, aged 30 to 35, around 6ft and slim. He was wearing a parka-style jacket, Dr Martens-style boots and had a large key around his neck.
