Full tally at Tanfield: Blackcircles letting marks latest deal for Edinburgh offices

Rockspring Property Investment Managers has completed a new letting at 1 Tanfield, bringing the former Standard Life offices to full occupancy. Rockspring has agreed a ten-year lease with online tyre retailer Blackcircles.com. Tanfield totals 190,846 square feet of grade A office space over three floors, 90 per cent of which is now leased to occupiers operating in the technology, media and telecoms sector. The lease to Blackcircles.com follows the completion of a refurbishment programme which has included a refreshed reception area and new locker rooms.
