Tax break: Accountanc­y business eyeing further growth after Aberdeen opening

Taxassist Accountant­s has opened for business in Aberdeen as it eyes further growth north of the Border. Chartered accountant Steven Mearns has moved to the new premises on Rose mount Place in the Granite City, having taken over the practice from his father in December last year. He said: “I have ambitious growth plans for the practice and with the business going from strength-to-strength in Aberdeen, I will shortly be expanding to cover a wider part of Aberdeensh­ire, where I have found another ideally located shop on the High Street in Banchory.”
