THREE OF THE BEST

Hand me some

Everything’s coming up smelling of roses thanks to this lovely new hand wash. Inspired by afternoon tea, it features a heady and sweetly old fashioned rose fragrance, alongside subtler notes of black tea, jasmine, clary sage and musk. You could also treat your sink to the matching hand lotion, £20, with a scent that lingers longer. Tea Rose Hand Wash, £18, Noble Isle, www.nobleisle.com

Perfect lips

This brand is aiming at the Instagram generation with their new product, which claims to give lips the effect of a media filter. Apply the clear gel with the heart shaped wand for a mintscented rush of blood to your kisser. Longer term (in fact, for the rest of the day) lips are left feeling smooth and plumped. Collagen Lip Bath, £25, Charlotte Tilbury, www. charlottetilbury.com

Exfoliation station

These sponges, made from the roots of an East Asian vegetable, are a bit of a trendy cleansing tool. Just saturate one with water, and rub across the skin for very gentle exfoliation. Oddly, the slightly slippery texture makes them feel as if like they’ve already got soap on them, but you can add cleanser for extra foam. Konjac Sponge, £9.50, Koha Beauty, www.kohabeauty.com
