Planning no-go prompts appeal

The decision by ministers to refuse planning permission to a 600home development on the outskirts of Stirling is to be appealed by Graham’s The Family Dairy in partnership with Mactaggart & Mickel Homes.

They have lodged an appeal to the Court of Session, saying ministers failed to provide “proper, adequate and intelligible reasons for their decision”.
