Unmissable drama

- Kevin Graham

The saying fail to prepare, prepare to fail has never been so true. We all knew that we would eventually not achieve one of our targets but we seemed to have done so in a manner that was entirely avoidable and predictable.

From midfield to front we are strong, though the loss of Stuart Armstrong and Patrick Roberts has weakened the squad. But even as we were being blinded by silver, concerns were aired over the weak nature of our defence following the goals we lost in Athens.

I love that we have gone from unprecedented success to perceived fatal self-harm in the space of a few short weeks. The drama and the fickle nature of football are enclosed in a glittery disco ball marked Celtic Football Club. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
