Top man Lee

- Roddy Elliott

The players, like me, have had the privilege this week of seeing A War of Two Halves, a moving interactive theatre interpretation of the inspiring story of the Great War team. Their attendance maybe typifies the spirit at the club.

Nearly 5,000 fans went to Dunfermline and while the team never quite got going, their resilience and a bit of quality were just enough to get through. Our goalkeeper is fast becoming a favourite as he made crucial saves to protect a hard-earned lead. Top man for me was Olly Lee, not only for scoring, but again showing great touch, composure and incisive passing. Losing Aaron Hughes to injury is more worrying, with Peter Haring for now having to play centre back. Recruiting another defender looks a priority.
