Appeal after serious assault in city centre
Police are appealing for information after a man was seriously assaulted in Glasgow City Centre.
About 9:15pm on Sunday, a 42-year-old man was found unconscious in Cadogan Street by a member of the public who called an ambulance. He was taken to hospital and treated for facial injuries.
Police say the man was attacked by another man following an altercation. Detective Constable Nicol Mcpherson said today: “The man who called the ambulance left the scene before it arrived, so we are keen to speak to him about what he may have seen.”
