St Mirren Infectious enthusiasm

-

The much-lauded former Coleraine boss, Oran Kearney, has taken over the manager’s role and he will have a big task ahead of him leading up to the January window.

Kearney has parallels with the appointment of Jack Ross – a young manager full of enthusiasm appointed at a turbulent time in the club’s history.

A Coleraine supporter claimed that Kearney brought “spirit, pride and belief” back to the club, all of which are traits which St Mirren currently lack.

He has already set out ambitions to win the league, so it is easy to see why he has won over the equally enthusiastic Tony Fitzpatrick, as well as the intrigued St Mirren support.
