Showhome launch for commuter hotspot

Briar Homes has unveiled a showhome at the firm’s first ever private development at Calderpark Gardens, Broomhouse, near Uddingston.

The Juniper is a fourbedroomed family home, showcasing the properties on offer, although the site has had plenty of interest from buyers since the launch with many off-plan reservations.

Some 55 new detached three and four-bedroomed homes are planned for the development, in seven house styles.

They will feature German kitchens with integrated appliances and cabinet lighting, contemporary bathrooms with Vitra sanitary ware and heated towel rails, and fitted or walk-in wardrobes for all bedrooms.

Each will have generous private gardens.

Situated off Boghall Road, Calderpark Gardens is close to local shops, schools, road, rail and bus links. There is easy access to both Baillieston and Mount Vernon stations, which are about 15 minutes walk away.

From either, Glasgow city centre is accessible in less than 20 minutes.
