Heart of Midlothian Beyond our dreams

As Craig Levein said at the weekend, “the fans can dream if they want to”, but I don’t think any of our wildest reveries envisaged five games unbeaten, especially given three away games and a home game against the champions.

Success brings its own pressure and as we move towards two so-called “winnable” home games no one will be taking anything for granted. Livingston continue to exceed expectations. Saturday will be another true test and we can all play our part from the stands.

John Souttar is getting the recognition he deserves and Steven Naismith is in great form. The biggest reason for optimism is a greater squad depth than for many years, with options for all the key positions.
