The Prime Minister walked onto the Conservative Party conference stage while Dancing Queen by ABBA played. Mrs May was about to make a speech seen as vital for her prospects of remaining PM as rows over Brexit continue.

@faisalislam tweeted: “Extraordinary ‘dancing Queen’ entry from the PM to the conference stage accompanied by her signature dance moves. Can’t quite believe that I just saw that.”

@Chaplainchloe replied: “Dancing Queen ruined 4eva.”

@leocullen4 added: “Soooooo embarrassing!”

@sgenie said: “Really Fantastic and great to see some down to earth humour. I applaud you Theresa May!”

@Gouldlaj wrote: “Stop it please. Does nobody advise this woman?”

@jerry444livenl1 added: “Well, she has to hide her frustration somehow..”

#DREWBARRYMORE

An article containing several grammatical errors and odd quotes supposedly from the 43-year-old actor, Drew Barrymore, recently appeared in the Egyptian airline’s in-flight magazine. According to Huffpost, a spokesperson for Barrymore said the actor “did not participate” in the interview and that her team is “working with the airline PR team”.

@Alexinair asked: “Has @Egyptair created a completely false interview with Drew Barrymore for its inflight magazine? Most of these question and answers are mad!”

@Sarakshi wrote: “Read the first few paragraphs and tell me you honestly can’t feel the patriarchy seeping through the pages.”

@taltywrites wrote: “‘It is known that Barrymore has had at least 17 relationships, engagements and marriages; psychologists believe this behaviour is only natural since she lacked the male role model in her life following her parents’ divorce.’”

@Naeemahc added: “WOW. This article, even if this piece were actually journalism instead of just made up stories around Google searches, is so poorly written that it can’t be taken seriously.”
