Ex-devro man on board at Carr’s

Agriculture and engineering heavyweight Carr’s Group has said Peter Page will become chairman designate on 1 November to replace Chris Holmes when he stands down on 7 January next year.

Page was most recently chief executive of Devro, the Scottish maker of sausage skins and collagen casings for the food industry. Carr’s can trace its roots back to 1831.
