Glasgow’s CPL rolls out new app

Glasgow-based CPL Software has claimed an industry first after launching an app for the property factor andblockmanagement sectors. Representing a £150,000 investment for the company and 18 months in the planning, Blockworx connects contractors to property factors electronically. Brian Welsh, managing director of CPL, founded the company in 2010 following a management buyout.
