Eddie Stobart buoyed by deal

Shares in Eddie Stobart Logistics closed up by 6.6 per cent yesterday after an associate company signed a deal to shuttle chilled and ambient groceries from Morrisons’ distribution centres to its supermarkets. Greenwhitestar Acquisitions is a 49 per cent-owned associate of Eddie Stobart. Greenwhitestarexecutive chairman William Stobart said: “[This] is excellent news for Eddie Stobart.”
