Apparently low ph cleansers help protect the skin’s acid mantle – the film on the epidermis that acts as a natural barrier. If your face feels tight after washing, it might be worth trying something like this K-beauty product. We enjoyed this lightly foaming gel’s astringent and invigorating tea tree smell, though it also contains evening primrose and other botanicals. After rinsing, our face felt fresh, but not stripped.
