Police staying on patrol after murder
Police are following “a positive line of inquiry” into the murder of 32-year-old Omar Sadiq in Glasgow last week.
Chief Inspector Shaheen Baber said police patrols are continuing in the south west of the city for “reassurance” after the murder, which took place at Body stone Road on Tuesday, and appealed to the public to come for ward with information.
She said :“Additional uniformed patrols are continuing in local areas, with officers engaging with communities and providing reassurance.”
