Why should I take... RHODIOLA

-

Rhodiola Rosea – also known as ‘arctic root’ – is native to northern and eastern Europe and north Asia. It has long been used in traditional medicine in Russia and Scandinavia and is now commonly found in health shops here as a supplement for increasing alertness and reducing stress symptoms. During a 2003 Russian study, military cadets on night duties took rhodiola and were able to ‘reduce fatigue, and improve mental work and wellbeing’ compared to those cadets taking a placebo.
