THE company which installed the combustible cladding on Grenfell Tower at a cost of £2.6million is Harley Facades. It is owned by Ray Bailey, above, and his wife Belinda, below, who live in a £1million house in East Sussex. The couple, keen skiers with a penchant for long-haul holidays, were not at home yesterday, and apart from a statement on the company website, they have not spoken since the fire claimed scores of lives.
