Katy crowned Twitter queen

KATY PERRY has become the first person in the world to reach 100million followers on Twitter.

The website marked the milestone with the message ‘Today, we #WITNESS history’. Witness is the US singer-songwriter’s new album. She joined Twitter in 2009.

Canadian singer Justin Bieber has the next highest number of followers, 96.7million, ahead of former President Barack Obama on almost 91million. President Donald Trump is 33rd, with 32.4 million.
