Simple things you can do to make life a bit better

SHOWER IN THE EVENING TO BEAT HAy fEVER

Most people start the day with an invigorating shower. But if you suffer from pollen allergies, it helps to shower and change clothes when you get home at the end of the day, or after any time you spend outdoors, as this can remove the tiny particles from the body. It’s worth investing in some comfortable ‘house clothes’ that never go outdoors, so won’t get covered with pollen.

It is also recommended that hay-fever sufferers avoid drying clothes and bedding outside when the pollen count is high.
