ARMED police were called to a ‘man in distress’.

Six police vehicles responded to the 999 call in Moorsyde Road. They were there about 25 minutes.

Staffordshire Police said a BB gun was seized.

The alarm was raised on Tuesday at 10pm. Anyone with information should call the police on 101.
