Parmesan crackers

CRACKERS JUST OUT OF THE OVEN ARE IN A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN

Serves 6

225g plain flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp dried thyme 25g parmesan 125ml water 1½ tbsp olive oil

1 Preheat oven to 250C/Fan 230C/500F or as hot as your oven will go. Combine the flour, salt, thyme and parmesan. Add water and olive oil and stir to bring together into a dough.

2 Roll out to 3mm thick onto a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Cut the dough into squares and prick each cracker with a fork.

3 Bake for 10 mins or until golden.
