3 WAYS TO DRINK GIN
A trio of mixer recipes just in time for World Gin Day
J.J. WHITLEY G&T Makes 1
50ml J.J. Whitley London Dry Gin 100ml quality tonic water 2 lime wedges
Fill a highball with ice cubes, pour in the gin and tonic water, squeeze in the juice from one of the lime wedges and garnish with the other.
THE DARESBURY GARDEN PARTY Makes 1
35ml J.J. Whitley Elderflower Gin 90ml dry sparkling wine Lemon zest
Fill a flute with 35ml J.J. Whitley Elderflower Gin. Top with 90ml dry sparkling wine. Garnish with a twist of lemon zest.
HATTON GARDEN ICED TEA Makes 1
50ml J.J. Whitley Nettle Gin 50ml green tea 25ml fresh lemon juice 15ml sugar syrup Soda water
Fill a highball with ice cubes, add the J.J. Whitley Nettle Gin, green tea, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Top with a dash of soda water. Stir and garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon wedge.
