50ml J.J. Whitley London Dry Gin 100ml qual­ity tonic wa­ter 2 lime wedges

Fill a high­ball with ice cubes, pour in the gin and tonic wa­ter, squeeze in the juice from one of the lime wedges and gar­nish with the other.

THE DARESBURY GAR­DEN PARTY Makes 1

35ml J.J. Whitley El­der­flower Gin 90ml dry sparkling wine Le­mon zest

Fill a flute with 35ml J.J. Whitley El­der­flower Gin. Top with 90ml dry sparkling wine. Gar­nish with a twist of le­mon zest.

HAT­TON GAR­DEN ICED TEA Makes 1

50ml J.J. Whitley Net­tle Gin 50ml green tea 25ml fresh le­mon juice 15ml sugar syrup Soda wa­ter

Fill a high­ball with ice cubes, add the J.J. Whitley Net­tle Gin, green tea, le­mon juice and sugar syrup. Top with a dash of soda wa­ter. Stir and gar­nish with a sprig of mint and a le­mon wedge.
