Talk to your­self like you would talk to a good friend – with kind, car­ing words rather than judg­ment.

When you get some pos­i­tive feed­back or a com­pli­ment, write it down. It’s easy to for­get the pos­i­tive.

Ban ‘should’ thoughts and re­place with ‘could’ or ‘ like’.

Re­mind your­self that we are all im­per­fect .

Lis­ten to your­self. It’s fine to say no to oth­ers some­times.

Ac­cept your body. The more at ease you feel, the more beau­ti­ful you are.
