World Kindness Day on 13 November starts with being kinder to yourself
Talk to yourself like you would talk to a good friend – with kind, caring words rather than judgment.
When you get some positive feedback or a compliment, write it down. It’s easy to forget the positive.
Ban ‘should’ thoughts and replace with ‘could’ or ‘ like’.
Remind yourself that we are all imperfect .
Listen to yourself. It’s fine to say no to others sometimes.
Accept your body. The more at ease you feel, the more beautiful you are.
