This wrap­around hug cre­ates a heavenly stretch for tense shoul­der blades. Once you’re in this po­si­tion, raise both el­bows to shoul­der height to in­crease the stretch. Now gen­tly move the shoul­ders for­ward in a hug­ging mo­tion and back to a count of ten. Re­lax and re­peat.
