Check your calendar, Santa!

LOOKS like Santa got his timing wrong yesterday after Christmas came more than two months early.

Father Christmas – alongside a helper elf – flew his sleigh into the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel in Luss, Argyll, as part of Christmasthemed Luss Advent Fair.

Organisers said a winter BBQ was on offer as well as warming mulled wine, a children’s choir and stalls offering festive gifts and handicrafts.

Santa even left a post-box for children to put their lists in, which will surely reach him at the North Pole in plenty of time!

But anyone who says “bah, humbug” to the early Chrimbo event should take note – yesterday’s fair was in aid of a good cause.

Each year organisers use the event to raise money for a school in Ethopia.
