CHEF Justin Horne had become tired of the amount of food he was throwing away at high-end dinner parties he worked at.

So he’s opened up a restaurant using ingredient­s that wholesaler­s and retailers would throw out, like misshapen carrots and day-old bread.

This is one eatery that doesn’t mind its food being called rubbish!
