CELTIC beat Hearts 4-3 at Tynecastle to reach the last eight of the Scottish Cup.

The winning goal was a twice-taken penalty by Pat Crerand.

Aberdeen and Rangers drew 2-2, with the Dons earning a replay thanks to keeper Tubby Ogston saving a penalty from Eric Caldow (above).

Dundee drew 2-2 with Arsenal in a friendly at Highbury.

Alan Gilzean and Alan Cousin scored for the Dark Blues, with George Eastham and Alan Skirton on target for the Gunners.
