Learn from Sin­ga­pore

There’s been a lot of chat lately about the on­go­ing prob­lem of lit­ter louts.

It’s made me think of my re­cent trip to Sin­ga­pore.

Chew­ing gum is banned there and they even have lit­ter po­lice.

So the coun­try it­self is spot­less.

It’s a cul­tural thing which we could do with de­vel­op­ing here. We need to make ev­ery­one value their en­vi­ron­ment.

It works in Sin­ga­pore – so why not Scot­land?
