Learn to say no
SAYING yes to everything can stress you out and lead to you feeling overwhelmed. It also gives you less time to address your own priorities. You must learn to say “no” without feeling bad about it. Before you commit yourself to anything or anyone, ask yourself: does this serve my highest good? If the answer is no, then say no!
