THE DUNSTANE

EDINBURGH

-

EDINBURGH is awash with boutique hotels. It seems that, for a lot of people, a trip to the capital should be a luxury treat, too.

We reckon The Dunstane is one of the less well-known, but better, choices. Let’s keep it our secret. It’s actually two townhouses across the street from each other in Haymarket. It’s a quieter option.

It isn’t the cheapest place to stay in town – boutique hotels aren’t. But check out The Dunstane’s own website if you fancy landing a good deal.

We love the little touches that make this a special stay, from the classy Molton Brown toiletries to Nespresso coffee machines in most rooms.

The Skerries restaurant is a lovely option for eating, though it can be on the pricey side for evening meals. Breakfast is more affordable and a great way to start the day. Haymarket also has lots of options in the area for eating and drinking to suit all budgets.
