Catherine has pots of money for skincare
CATHERINE ZETA JONES, the glamorous wife of actor Michael Douglas, gave the world a glimpse into her bathroom cabinet last week which revealed the lotions and potions which keep her looking her best.
The actress, whose hit films include Chicago, Entrapment and America’s Sweethearts, showed off shrimp extract, kelp and neck cream at £400 a pot.
Well, why not if you can afford it?
I’m just glad no one in the world is ever likely to see my messy bathroom shelves.
What would they find? Old cotton wool balls, half-used pots of cleansing lotion, a night cream I forget to apply at bedtime, a moisturiser that was a bad mistake but I haven’t thrown out yet. But then one glimpse in the mirror explains why.
Maintenance is hard work and it takes discipline.
But Catherine Zeta Jones has mastered both. And boy, does it show!
