Top Gear caught speeding

-

POLICE in Norway have revoked a licence issued to Top Gear after one of its cars was caught travelling at more than three times the speed limit.

The BBC2 show was filming in the Atlantic Ocean Tunnel when one of its supercars clocked 151 mph in a 50mph zone.

But it has yet to be revealed who was behind the wheel.

Both Matt LeBlanc, 49, and Chris Harris, 42, are understood to have been involved in the shoot.

The tunnel had been closed for filming and the producers had won a special permit for the cars to travel up to 87mph.

But police caught them vastly exceeding this due to sensors on the road – and revoked the permit.
