Teresa Wymer, 55, and daughter Rebecca, 24, from John O’Groats, Caithness, started the Stacks Coffee House and Bistro 18 months ago.

In that time, they believe they have forked out thousands of pounds extra in delivery charges.

Teresa said: “When we were setting up we were spending around £300 to £400 extra a month on delivery charges.

“Even buying something as simple as a little washer for the coffee machine you get hit with an extra £3.99.
