Prince Charles will lay a wreath at the Ceno­taph in Lon­don to­day – the first time he has taken on the duty while the Queen has been in the coun­try.

The Queen has opted to watch from the bal­cony of her For­eign and Com­mon­wealth Of­fice, ac­com­pa­nied by Prince Philip.

Theresa May will also lay a wreath at the White­hall ser­vice.

First Min­is­ter Ni­cola Stur­geon will be one of 100 peo­ple to lay wreaths in a cer­e­mony at the Stone of Re­mem­brance in Ed­in­burgh.
