The Sunday Telegraph - Stella - - SHE WEARS IT WELL -

Founder of Good Vibes yoga studio, the former textile designer and proud owner of Boston terrier puppy Lucky Pierre isn’t afraid of a clash.

1I like things to be bright, comfortable and easy. I’m forever pulling on and off my clothes for fitness classes, so I try to minimise the number of things I need to remember. A jumpsuit is especially good for this. 2Usually I don’t have time to go home before the evening, so I’ll keep on my cashmere or leather jogging bottoms and style them with heels, a silk top and a jacket. 3I don’t like to wear synthetic fabrics – I’d rather buy goodquality pieces second-hand. T.K. Maxx is also worth a visit. 4Lucky Pierre goes everywhere with me, so I often need to go for a walk. I tend to wear a lot of layers for this reason.

5I’m never without a cluster of necklaces, which I can add to or take off. I keep my jewellery on even for classes, then if I’m going out in the evening I will add heavier pieces.

‘For evening, I’ll style my cashmere jogging bottoms with heels’
