Ex­fo­li­a­tion is key. There are women I meet and I no­tice that their skin is rough. You need to take away the dead skin cells that age you. This is es­pe­cially true if you have drier skin. 3

My ul­ti­mate goal is not to look tired. It’s about the en­ergy in your face more than any­thing else. That’s down to a pop of colour on the cheeks or a lit­tle lip­stick – add any­thing that makes you feel, and look, en­er­getic.
