1 It’s not about slathering yourself in make-up. Let your skin breathe – even if you think you have bad skin, you’ll still have parts of your face that are clear, so don’t cover it all up. 2
Exfoliation is key. There are women I meet and I notice that their skin is rough. You need to take away the dead skin cells that age you. This is especially true if you have drier skin. 3
My ultimate goal is not to look tired. It’s about the energy in your face more than anything else. That’s down to a pop of colour on the cheeks or a little lipstick – add anything that makes you feel, and look, energetic.
