A riverside restaurant which claimed its salmon was fresh from the River Wye bought it from fish farms.

Trading Standards officers were tipped off that Foyles restaurant in Glasbury-on-Wye, Powys, claimed to be serving locally-caught wild salmon and trout when in reality its owners used salmon from farm outlets.
