Rus­sia and Es­to­nia hand over spies

Es­to­nia and Rus­sia swapped con­victed spies yes­ter­day af­ter the pair re­ceived pres­i­den­tial par­dons, Es­to­nian author­i­ties said.

Raivo Susi, an Es­to­nian busi­ness­man who had been jailed for 12 years for es­pi­onage, was ex­changed for Artem Zinchenko, a Rus­sian na­tional serv­ing five years for spy­ing, at the Koidula bor­der post in south­east Es­to­nia.
