A BRITISH fugitive suspected of murder has been named on a list of Europe’s most wanted men.

Shane O’Brien is the prime suspect in the murder of 21-year-old Josh Hanson, who was killed in an unprovoked knife attack in a bar in Hillingdon, west London, in 2015.

Europol, the European law enforcement agency, has put up a £50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of O’Brien, from Kingsbury, north-west London.

In February 2017, he was arrested in Prague for criminal damage and assault. He was bailed after producing false documents for an Italian alias of Enzo Mellonceli and has been on the run since.

Mr Hanson, from Kingsbury, London, was found with a serious wound to his neck at the RE Bar in Hillingdon at about 1.10am on Oct 11 2015. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
