Archaeologists have uncovered an ancient Egyptian tomb belonging to a royal goldsmith (someone who makes or sells items made from gold) called Amenemhat.

The tomb dates back 3,500 years, to the time of King Tutankhamun, and was found near the Valley of the Kings – a burial ground for several pharoahs. Four mummies, jewellery and artefacts, which included 150 statues, were found within the tomb’s burial chamber.
